No sad-boy trauma spirals. No weepy romances. Just pure pulp. Written for early teens - ages 12 to 16. Especially boys — a sizable chunk of the population that the industry has marginalized for far too long.
They say, “Boys don’t read!” I say they would — if you gave them something worth reading.
That’s what I’m doing. Writing stories for those who wanna see fists fly and monsters lurk. Want something fun but have outgrown Middle Grade and find YA tedious? You want pulp. Not highfalutin verse. If decoding Jane Austen is your idea of a swell time, move along. Rusty ain’t for you. But if you’d rather punch a yeti than pet a unicorn… Welcome to Rusty’s Brigade!
